BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Laughing with friends, sleeping in platform tents, splashing in the lake, learning to kayak or sail, aiming for a bull's-eye at the archery range, and roasting marshmallows are just some of the great memories that Rocky Point girls will make this summer! Although much of the day is spent enjoying outside activities, air-conditioned unit shelters are great for cooling off while hanging our with new friends and making crafts.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Science, Theater, Music/Band, Fine Arts/Crafts, Swimming, Waterfront/Aquatics, Sailing, Volleyball, Team Sports, Wilderness/Nature, and more.
CAMP LOCATION: Discover the fun and friendship of Camp Rocky Point! This 59.8-acre camp is located on Lake Texoma just eight miles outside of Denison, Texas.
CAMP FACILITIES: Girls stay in platform tent units with bathrooms and showers nearby. They gather in the dining hall for meals and other activities. Program facilities include: a waterfront area on Lake Texoma for sailing, canoeing, kayaking and swimming; archery range; a sports/game area; and hiking trails.
